Multifunctional Radiology Research Mobile Laboratory

Manufactured and designed based on Ford Transit 4X4 this Mobile Laboratory can transport personnel and equipment in offroad conditions. The interior of the laboratory is fit with every wish that the client had while the vehicle was being worked on. Our company also took notice of the equipment which will be transported during scientific missions. All surfaces and materials are chosen to ease decontamination procedures for personnel.

Drivers area has reupholstered seats with medical leather, installed a powerfull radio station unit with external antenna, which the end user can use to communicate with other personnel who are on-site to transfer inforamtion or call-back to the vehicle. Under the passenger seats an additional charger is stationed which supplies power to the inverter system batteries from vehicle alternator.

Operators area has two custom worktables fitted inside with additional, certified, passenger seat which also includes a functional safety belt. Can be positioned in all directions and during transportation is completely stationary due to rail system. The first / main worktable includes portables radio stations charging docks and LED reading light. The second / additional worktable has different labeled sockets which can operate individually from electrical grid or generator, thus bypassing inverter system and supplying electrity to higher output equipment or additional air conditioneer unit. Equipment which is installed in operators area: printer, mobile radio station charging docks and control panels for inverter and battery system.

Cargo area shelves custom made and designed to specifically fit all of the needed equipment for work during missions: generator, air sampling system, protective wear, soil sampling tools. Rubber mats, fixation points and safety straps ensure the safety of the equipment while transporting during any road conditions. Inverter system which includes voltage converter, protective relays and battery - supply electrical power to the mobile laboratory. Temperature is controlled by a custom made system which supplies air from operators area when the temperature is too low or to high (configurable temperature range).
