Stationary (tabletop) XRF analyzers
Stationary XRF analyzer is a great addition for your laboratory equipment. We can offer different configurations depending on your needs:
- „ElvaX Basic“ - economic spectrometer for energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF), is ideal for quantitative and qualitative solid materials, liquids and powder analysis from S (Z=16) to U (Z=92).
- "ElvaX Plus" - stationary (tabletop) energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) analyzer, has expanded elemental range from Na (Z=11) to U (Z=92).
- "ElvaX Pro" - new generation stationary (tabletop) X-ray flourescence (XRF) analyzer. Due to the new 60kV, 1000 μA X-ray tube and the ultra large area Fast SDD detector it offers a new level of analysis accuracy, speed and detection limits for a wide range of elements from Na (Z=11) to U (Z=92).
