Keysight Technologies originated from Hewlett-Packard (HP) which began its work in 1938 by creating audio oscilators. After many years of creating hardware in 1999 HP announced a strategic realignment to create an independent measurement company composed of test and measurement components, chemical analysis and medical businesses, and a separate computing and imaging company called Agilent Technologies. And in 2013 Agilent Technologies announced that it will split into two separate measurement companies. Counters

The Keysight 53200 Series of 350 MHz universal and RF frequency counter/timers serve all of your frequency and time interval measurement needs. 3 available models offer resolution capabilities up to 12 digits/sec single-shot frequency resolution on a one second gate. Single-shot time interval measurements can be resolved down to 20 psec. All models in 53200 series offer new built-in analysis and graphing capabilities to maximize the insight and information you receive. Use the connectivity of your choice: LXI-C/Ethernet, USB, GPIB. Additionally, an optional battery is available to increase portability and maintain timebase accuracy.

DC Electronic loads

  • The Keysight EL30000A Series programmable DC electronic loads provide superior performance in compact bench form factor. Single and dual-channel models are available with up to 600W.
  • Add a DC electronic load to your Keysight N6700 Series power supply and test devices that store or convert energy. The N6790 Series electronic load modules come in two sizes: single-wide 100 W and double-wide 200 W modules.
  • The Keysight N3300A and N3301A are mainframes with slots that accept combinations of N330x user-installable load modules (150 W to 600 W) for easy system configuration and future reconfiguration.
AC and DC analyzers

The Keysight IntegraVision AC power analyzer is an intuitive combination of accurate power measurements and touch-driven oscilloscope visualization. Within a single instrument, it delivers the dynamic views you need to see, measure, and prove the performance of your design. Keysight offers two options for AC analyzers, based on the number of phases in tested grid:

  • PA2201A (1-Phase AC),

2 channels, basic accuracy 0,05%, best power accuracy 0,1%, maximum current direct input 2 A / 6 A Peak.

  • PA2203A (3-Phase AC),

4 channels, basic accuracy 0,05%, best power accuracy 0,1%, maximum current direct input 2 A / 6 A Peak.

The Keysight DC Power Analyzer provides unrivaled productivity gains for sourcing and measuring direct current (DC) voltage and current into a device under test (DUT). The DC power analyzer is a highly integrated instrument that combines up to four advanced DC power supplies or electronic loads plus a digital multimeter (DMM), oscilloscope, arbitrary waveform generator (AWG), and datalogger. With an easy-to-use interface, the instrument’s sourcing and measuring functions are accessible from the front panel. Two different DC power analyzers, one with standard (N6705C) and the other with custom (N6715C) configurations.

Function and pulse generators

Function generator offers the standard signals and features you expect — modulation, sweep, and burst. It also has features that give you the capabilities and flexibility you need to get your job done quickly, no matter how complex. Keysight offers these function generators:

  • 1 channel generators

Achieving sampling rate from 160 MSa/S to 1GSa/s, frequency range from 1 µHz to 120 MHz.

  • 2 channel generators

Achieving sampling rate from 160 MSa/S to 1GSa/s, frequency range from 1 µHz to 120 MHz.

Pulse generators offer the most comprehensive portfolio of stimulus solutions for the generation of digital and analog waveforms and data signals. Keysight offers various pulse generators:

Amplitude from 50 mV to 5Vpp, frequency 240 or 500 MHz (depending on the model)

  • Pulse pattern generator

The Keysight B1500A semiconductor parameter analyzer is an all-in-one device characterization analyzer designed for comprehensive semiconductor testing. This versatile instrument supports various measurement techniques, including IV, CV, pulse/dynamic IV, and more, making it an ideal choice for semiconductor testing applications. The mainframe and plug-in modules offer unmatched flexibility, enabling the characterization of various electronic devices, materials, semiconductors, active/passive components, and more.
